  1. 1.  Mary Jane HOWARD died in Siloam, North Carolina.

    Her daughters, Emily and Mary must have died young.
    Records show that she and her sons, Daniel and Jeremiah, Jr. went to Sullivan
    County, Tennessee sometime after 1850. No mention is made of the two girls.
    Also, records show that Mary Howard Marion returned to Nortn Carolina with her
    son Jeremiah, Jr. before 1870. She married Johnny Hall on July 14, 1870. Mary
    is burried in the same cemetery as her son and his wife at the Friendship
    Baptist Church about 3 miles from Siloam, North Carolina. Jessie Almer Marion
    of Blountville, Tennessee says "I remember my father telling about his
    grandmother going to Tennessee and returning to North Carolina when he was
    quite small."

    Mary married Jeremiah (Jerry) MARION on 30 Jun 1822. Jeremiah (son of Bartholomew MARION and HARRISON) was born in 1827. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    2. Eliza Ann MARION was born in 1825; died in Mar 1885; was buried on 25 Mar 1885 in , Surry County, North Carolina.
    3. Joseph MARION was born in 1827.

    5. Frances MARION was born in 1831.
    6. Daniel MARION was born in 1833.
    7. William MARION was born in 1838.
    8. Jeremiah MARION, Jr. was born in 1840.
    9. Emily MARION was born in 1847.
    10. Mary MARION was born in 1850.
