So glad to hear from you so soon. We believe that you possibly got hold of a copy of MARSHALL'S OF HOUSE AND BARN MOUNTAIN by Della Marshall Jones. There is quite a bit of incorrect information and confusing data in this book.
We will try our best to help line this out. To start with here is Marvin Marshall's family:

Almarine Marshall only had 12 children. Some listed are his daughter Flora's children....those are Charlie, Earl Roger, John Wesley, and Margaret (James is already listed under Flora's name).
Another correction in Almarine's children is - Rita. This is Willie's daughter.
Almarine's daughter Renda Jane (Sis) is listed as Harvey's daughter.
Hopefully this will not confuse you too much. We will have some more updates as we talk with relatives.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I travel a lot with my job and we also had a death in our family on my mother's side. I am lacking on dates of birth and some middle names but will try to continue picking at them. I hope this helps you a little and thanks again for all you do, i'm sure it can be a headache at times. And as to one of your original questions, as you can see from above Rollie is my uncle. If there is anything that doesn't make since please give me a call.
