  Died from accident while playing "Blind man's bluff", according to info. I heard in past. Per Juanita Colglazier, 9/21/91, learned the following: John Warren was always a sickly child from birth. Fell while playing and hit his solar plexis - stomach and was hurt. He regressed to a child and they were never able to determine just exactly what was wrong with him. Took him all over, even to Mayo Clinic, trying to determine what was wrong and how to treat it. Did not known his death date. Said best source would be cemetery records or possibly death records in Pittsburg Co., OK. He was buried in Ashland Cemetery though.
